• Minimum billing will be for 4 hours / 40kms or airport transfers and will depend on the package booked. Next Package will apply after 1hr& 10kms over the basic package rate of 4 Hrs 40Kms.
• Rates include car with chauffeur, fuel, and insurance for passengers, chauffeur and all third party liability.
• Time & Km are calculated from KRT Rent a Car Garage to Garage.
• In case of No show, client will bill for minimum package i.e.4hrs/40 km for particular segment of vehicle.
• In case of cancellation client need to give 2 hrs advance notices via mail before duty, in absence of sending the mail the minimum charges will be applicable.
• In case of High End vehicles, the cancellation needs to given us before 24 hrs via mail, in absence of sending the same charges of 8hrs/80 kms will be applicable.
• Rates do not include parking, toll, interstate taxes, etc and will be calculated on actual.
• For outstation trips, per km rate is charged with minimum 300Kms / day in all cities.
• For Outstation trips driver allowance will be charged as per the tariff mentioned above.
• Reservation to be made by emails only. Reservations must be made minimum 4 hours before a duty and cancelled (if required) minimum 3 hours before a duty.
• GST Tax as applicable is 5%.

• Payment: Bills to be submitted to one contact person by KRT Rent a Car every 15 days and payments to be made within 15 days of bills submission with bill wise details, from one contact person.
• We recommend that our clients maintain an account in the name of KRT Ultra Services Private Limited. to assist later reconciliation.
• All payments can be made either drawing a cheque favoring “KRT Ultra Services Private Limited.” or through RTGS transfer or through Electronic fund transfer or Credit card.
• Payment by Credit Card: Credit Card number Expiry date of credit card to be mentioned in the mail at the time of booking. In case Credit Card is declined by issuing bank then the Company shall be responsible for payment.
• In case the payment is made through RTGS or NEFT, the Company shall be required to provide Remittance details. An advice of transfer must be sent to KRT RENT A CAR.
• In the event of revision of fuel prices, fuel surcharge for the car usage will be charged. The fuel surcharge will be calculated based on below formula.

Fuel hike calculation formula:
((Base Fuel Rate-Current Fuel rate)/Mileage of the vehicle) X Billed Km
• The rates are subject to possible increase during city wide exhibitions & fairs.
